Once you’ve come up with your design, ​just fill out the contact & order form form below.  I’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your design, pricing, and let you know the lead time.  Payment is made via emailed invoice detailing your order.  Feel free to contact me about any questions.

Please make note of the shape, color and element. You can reference the numbers on the pictures. 

I will do my best to respond within 24 hrs. ​I will then send you a follow up email confirming your design, clarifying the details and price. Once your design is confirmed, payment is made via emailed invoice. ​ *Shipping: USPS Priority Mail. $10.50 for regular Faerie Doors, $15.50 for Tooth Faerie Doors. Multiple Door shipping prices quoted at time of order.
